Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of your delivery date to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is well-protected, and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a traceable carrier of your choice to our New York City apothecary.
Processing and Refund
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
